POCO F5 specifications have been leaked in a new report by Xiaomiui. The publication has found an upcoming Redmi phone with a 23013RK75C model number in the IMEI database. The letter “C” at the end denotes that it is heading to the Chinese market. At the same time, the publication has also come across a POCO phone with a 23013PC75G model number, which is aimed towards the global market and has also appeared in the IMEI database.

In addition, the Indian variant of the same device with model number 23013PC75I has been found listed in the IMEI database. According to the publication, the 23013RK75C is the upcoming Redmi K60, whereas the 23013PC75G/I is its rebranded version. The report says that the POCO device will be called POCO F5 when it first comes out in India and around the world.

POCO F4 5G features a 120Hz AMOLED display and Snapdragon 870

The publication claims that the POCO F5 will be the first POCO phone to feature a 2K resolution display. It will sport an AMOLED display that will produce a resolution of 1,440 x 3,200 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1000nits.

Under the hood, the POCO F5 will feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform. Unfortunately, the report does not mention anything about the other specifications of the F5. To recall, the POCO F4, which debuted earlier this year, features a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED screen and a Snapdragon 870 chipset. It’s a slightly changed version of the Redmi K40s, which is only sold in China.

The report states that the Redmi K60 will debut first in China and the POCO F5 will arrive a bit later in other markets. Both devices are expected to break cover in the first quarter of 2023.
