POCO is rumoured to be working on a new X-series smartphone called POCO X3 to compete with the OnePlus Nord. Now, a leak by a Turkish publication called MiuiTürkiye has revealed the key specifications of the device along with official-looking renders and the launch date. Notably, the new leaked renders are in line with the leaked drawings shared recently by a tipster, who goes by @yabhishekhd on Twitter.

The new renders give us a complete look at the upcoming POCO X3’s back panel and display, along with the unique camera module on the back. The smartphone is expected to go official on September 8th and is tipped to come with a brand new Snapdragon processor. Let’s take a look at the leaked specs of the POCO X3.

The POCO X3 will arrive as the successor to the POCO X2, and according to the leak will feature a 6.67-inch punch-hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The source also claims that the POCO X3 will be the first smartphone to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 SoC, which is tipped to be an 8nm chipset backed by Adreno 619 GPU. A Twitter leakster who goes by @Boby25846908 had tipped earlier this month that the Snapdragon 732G could launch in September.
Coming to the cameras, the POCO X3 is rumoured to come with a circular quad-camera module on the back like other POCO devices of the past but with a unique positioning of four lenses (as seen in the image above). The primary camera is rumoured to be a 64-megapixel sensor, however, there’s no word on other cameras. The single centred punch-hole display on the front is expected to house a 20-megapixel selfie camera.
The source also reveals that the POCO X3 will be powered by a 5,160mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.

According to the Turkish publication, the POCO X3 will launch on September 8th without any clarity on whether the launch will be global or not. However, a tweet by @yabhishekhd shows the handset listed on the CEIR website in India confirming the Indian availability of the smartphone.
