POCO recently launched its M5 lineup in the Indian market, and now the company is gearing up to launch its POCO X5 5G. The smartphone was spotted on BIS and FCC certification websites, which indicates an imminent launch in the Indian and US market.
According to MySmartPrice, the POCO X5 5G has been spotted on the BIS and FCC certification databases under model numbers 22101320I and 22101320G. The FCC listing reveals some key specifications about the forthcoming smartphone. On the other hand, the BIS listing doesn’t reveal any details about the alleged POCO X5 5G.
POCO X5 5G Key Specifications
According to the FCC listing, the X5 5G sports a rectangular camera module design. The smartphone will also have dual-band Wi-Fi compatibility. In addition to the design schematic and standard Wi-Fi data, the FCC certification also revealed that a 4900mAh battery would power the POCO phone. The company is expected to promote it as a 5000mAh battery, which will be its typical capacity.
The FCC certification also confirmed that the phone would support six 5G bands, including n5, n7, n38, n41, n77, and n78. It will ship with MIUI 14, implying that the phone will ship with Android 13 out of the box. Besides, it is said to feature a Snapdragon 778G+ chipset and IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate.
