POCO X5 5G has been launched in India. It is positioned below the POCO X5 Pro 5G, which was announced in the Indian market last month. The major highlights of the vanilla model include a 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 6-series chipset, a big battery with fast charging support, and 48-megapixel triple rear cameras.
In terms of specifications, the POCO X5 5G bears some resemblance to the Redmi Note 12 5G. Both phones mainly differ in the chipset department. While the POCO phone uses the Snapdragon 695 chipset, the Redmi handset is equipped with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC. POCO X5 Pro 5G price in India
The POCO X5 5G has arrived in India in two options, such as, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. It comes in three colours: Jaguar Black, Wildcat Blue, and Supernova Green.

POCO X5 5G first sale date, launch offers
The POCO X5 5G will be available for purchase through Flipkart. The first sale of the device will be conducted at 12 pm on March 21st, 2023. On the first day of the sale, both models will be available for Rs 16,999 and Rs 18,999. Launch offers include Rs 2,000 instant discount on ICCI Bank transactions, Rs 2,000 off on exchange, and no-cost EMI.

The POCO X5 5G smartphone boasts a large 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a punch-hole design that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. It also features a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and up to 1,200 nits of brightness.
The X5 is powered by a Snapdragon 695 SoC, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage. It is equipped with a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The device comes preloaded with the MIUI 13-based Android 13 OS.
The POCO X5 5G features a triple camera system on the back with a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is an 8-megapixel front camera. The device offers other features like dual SIM support, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a microSD card slot, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
