Nubia is gearing up to unveil its next flagship device, the Nubia Z50. Recently the company announced via its official Weibo channel that the smartphone would arrive on December 19 in China. However, just before its official launch, we spotted a new Nubia device on the Geekbench database and 3C certification website. The device is question is likely to be the Z50.
The smartphone in question was spotted with the NX711J model number onGeekbench and 3C certification website. Furthermore, the 3C certification revealed that the smartphone would have a charging speed of 80W. Apart from the Nubia Z50, the company is also expected to launch a new flagship shortly. The smartphone is dubbed Red Magic 8 Pro and the latest rumours suggest that this smartphone will support charing speeds of 165W. This is more than double of what we are seeing on the Nubia Z50.
Coming back to Nubia Z50, the smartphone scored 1,415 in the single-core test and 5,089 in the multicore test on the Geekbench website.
Nubia Z50 expected specifications
The Geekbench listing revealed that the alleged Nubia Z50 would run on Android 13 and draw power from the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. Furthermore, the smartphone is rumoured to include a new custom camera with a 35mm focal length and the same light-gathering ability as a 1-inch sensor.
Apart from that, all the other configurations are still under wraps. But we are expecting to see more details about the forthcoming Nubia Z50 as we inch closer to the launch.
