- Realme 11 series is in the works
- It will include two devices: Realme 11 and Realme 11 Pro
- The company will skip the Realme 10 series
Realme 11 and Realme 11 Pro launch timeframe for India has been tipped by tipster Paras Guglani. Today, Realme unveiled the Realme 9i 5G as the last of the Realme 9-series phones in India. The tipster has claimed that the company will be skipping the Realme 10 branding for its upcoming numbered series of smartphones.
This year, rival brand Redmi unveiled the Redmi 10 series of smartphones and is reportedly working on the Redmi 11 lineup. Hence, it appears that Realme may have decided to skip the Realme 10 series to stack the Realme 11 series against the Redmi 11 lineup. Here is all that is known about the Realme 11 series.
Realme 11, Realme 11 Pro launch timeline
According to the tipster, the Realme 11 lineup will initially include two models, the Realme 11 and the Realme 11 Pro. These devices are expected to go official in October this year. It is unclear whether these devices will have support for 5G connectivity.
The Realme 11 is also said to include a Lite model, but there is no information on the Realme 11 Pro+. It appears that these devices will not be launched in October.
As expected, the Realme 11 and 11 Pro will be mid-range devices featuring dual-camera setups. The series will not include 2-megapixel macro or depth sensor cameras, added the tipster. The leak has no information on the other specifications of the device.
