A number of smartphones models from Nokia, Realme, and Motorola have received the green lights at the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in Russia this past week. Interestingly, all these models are new and haven’t been spotted before which means that they could be completely new smartphones from these respective brands. Below are the models. For Nokia, the model number certified is TA-1155 while for Motorola, it is XT-2025-2, while for Realme, the model numbers are RMX1971, RMX1921, RMX1927. There are two more Motorola models which we have mentioned below.
Speaking about the Nokia TA-1115, Nokia has been working on two new handsets which are the Nokia 5.2 and Nokia 6.2. Since there’s no information on this new model’s identity, it could be either of the two devices. A recent leaked image believed to be of the alleged Nokia 5.2 revealed a circular rear camera cutout with a triple camera setup. It is believed to house a Snapdragon 660 SoC and a tear-drop notch and could be released in the near future.
As for Realme, there are three models - RMX1971, RMX1921, RMX1927. Thankfully, Realme doesn’t have a dozen handsets in the works, so it’s easier to do some guesswork. Since the Realme 3 and Realme 3 Pro’s model numbers were RMX1821 and RMX1851 respectively, it’s very likely that the RMX1921 is the Realme 4. As for the other two models, they could belong to the Realme X and Realme 4 Pro, however, we would take this information with a pinch of salt.
Last but not least, the Moto XT-2025-2 could belong to one of the unreleased variants of the Motorola One Pro. It has also been spotted at the Wi-Fi Alliance portal apart from the EEC. The Motorola One Action recently appeared at the NBTC with model number Moto XT-2013-2 but the One Pro has not been spotted anywhere yet. The other possibility is that it could be the Moto E6 or E6 Plus. It’s not the Motorola RAZR foldable as its model is XT2000-1. There are two more Motorola models spotted on the EEC the identities of which we’re aware - XT1941-4, XT1970-3. The former is the Motorola One while the Motorola One Vision.
