Realme 5i with four rear cameras and Snapdragon 665 SoC launched in India for Rs 8,999

Recently, the emerging smartphone maker Realme introduced its latest offering called the Realme 5i in Vietnam. Today, the company has launched the smartphone in India. The Realme 5i has arrived as the brand’s latest budget handset with four primary cameras on the back, which include a dedicated wide-angle shooter and macro snapper. The Realme 5i is essentially a slightly different variant of the Realme 5, which was launched in the country in August last year. The new Realme offering comes with a downgraded selfie camera and a Sunrise design on the back with a mirror polish, unlike the Realme 5 that offers a diamond-cut design.

The main camera is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens featuring an aperture of f/1.8, a 2MP portait camera, and a 2MP sensor for macro photography. While the Realme 5 arrived with a 13MP selfie camera, the Realme 5i has an 8MP shooter instead.
