The Realme 6i is expected to arrive as the successor of the Realme 5i that was made official in December 2019. The images that have surfaced on the FCC listing of Realme 6i reveals that it is equipped with a waterdrop notch screen. The rear shell of the smartphone has a quad camera setup placed at the top-left corner of the phone. It has a primary shooter of 48-megapixel which replaces the 12-megapixel main lens found on the quad camera system of the Realme 5i.

The right side of the Realme 6i has a power key whereas its left spine is flanked with buttons for controlling volume. A fingerprint reader is placed on the rear of the smartphone. A look at the bottom edge of the phone reveals that the micro-USB port has been replaced by USB-C. A 3.5mm audio jack and a speaker grille are also visible on the bottom side of the smartphone. The dimensions of the smartphone are 164.4 x 75 x 9mm and it weighs 195 grams.

The exact size of the Realme 6i’s display is not known yet. Since the phone’s dimensions are almost identical to those of the Realme 5i, the phone is likely to feature a HD+ resolution supporting screen of 6.5 inches. It may sport 20:9 aspect ratio like the Realme 5i phone. The handset is expected to come loaded with ColorOS 7.0 based Android 10 OS.

It is said that the phone inherits the massive 5,000mAh battery from the predecessor. An image of the charger reveals that the Realme 6i will come with support for 18W fast charging. It remains to be seen whether the retail package of the phone will include the 9V/2A charger. The phone has connectivity features like dual SIM support, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.0.

The other specifications of the Realme 6i smartphone are currently under wraps. The Realme 5i comes in Blue and Green colours. However, the Realme 6i can be seen in a new white colour in the live images.
