Realme announced the Realme X3 SuperZoom flagship with 60x digital zoom and advanced night-time imaging in Europe. The brand also announced multiple ecoystem products like the Realme Watch (first impressions), Realme Band (review), Realme Powerbank and Realme Buds Air Neo for the European market.
At the same event, Realme introduced the latest entrant in the Realme 6 series called the Realme 6s. The smartphone comes as the successor of the Realme 5s and joins the Realme 6i, Realme 6 (review) and 6 Pro (review). The latest smartphone features a Helio G90T gaming processor, 90Hz display and 48-megapixel quad cameras as its highlights.
Realme 6s specifications and features
The Realme 6s ships with the same 6.5-inch LCD panel with full HD + resolution as the Realme 6, featuring a single punch-hole cutout in the top left corner. The display comes with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and offers an impressive 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. Powering the handset is the gaming-centric 12nm MediaTek Helio G90T processor. The chipset is accompanied by 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB storage, which can be further expanded using a microSD card.
In the camera department, the phone features a 48-megapixel primary lens accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The punch-hole cutout on the front houses a 16-megapixel snapper for selfies and video calling.
In the software department, the handset boots Realme UI based on Android 10. Powering the Realme 6s is a 4,300mAh battery, which comes with support for 30W fast charging. For security, the Realme 6s offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock. The connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, dual SIM, USB Type C, 3.5mm headphone port, NFC and FM radio.

Realme is offering the latest launch in a single configuration of 4GB + 64GB in Eclipse Black. The smartphone will retail for €199 (~Rs 16,500) and will go on sale in Europe starting June 15th.
