Realme 8s specifications and CAD renders have been leaked. The new leak by 91mobiles in collaboration with reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer suggests that it will be the world’s first phone to feature the yet-to-be-announced Dimensity 810 chipset. In addition, it will be Realme’s first phone to support its new 33W Dart charging.
So far, the Realme 8 series includes three smartphones such as Realme 8 (review), Realme 8 5G (review), and Realme 8 Pro (review). It appears that the Realme 8s 5G will be positioned above the Realme 8 5G in the market. Here is all the leaked information on its design and specifications.
Realme 8s design revealed via leaked renders
The CAD renders by OnLeaks only give a look at the edges and back panel of the Realme 8s. The images show that its appearance does not differ much from the existing Realme 8 series phones. The left edge of the device features a volume rocker, whereas its right has a SIM card slot and a power key, which doubles up as a fingerprint scanner.
The bottom edge of the Realme 8s features a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port, a microphone, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Its top edge has a secondary microphone. The back panel of the phone has a squarish arrangement for its triple camera unit. An LED flash is placed below the camera housing.
Realme 8s specifications and features (expected)
The Realme 8s has a 6.5-inch screen that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The 5G-ready Dimensity 810 chip powers the device with 6GB / 8GB of RAM. The device will offer up to 5GB of virtual memory.
The Realme 8s 5G will run Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. It may come with 128GB / 256GB of storage. It has a 16MP front camera, and its rear camera setup is headlined by a 64-megapixel camera. The 5,000mAh battery of the Realme 8s will carry support for 33W fast charging.
