Realme 9 5G launch date is likely to be confirmed soon. Well ahead of its launch, Pricebaba has collaborated with reliable tipster Mukul Sharma to reveal the configurations and colour options of the Realme 9 5G.

The Realme 9 5G has already received multiple certifications such as India’s BIS, Thailand’s NBTC, Europe’s EEC, and FCC in the US. Hence, it appears that it may not take too long for the smartphone to debut in India and other international markets. Previous reports have revealed that the Realme 9 5G will offer key specs such as a 90Hz display, Dimensity 810, and 48-megapixel triple cameras.

The Realme 9 5G will come in two variants such as 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. It will come in four colours – Stargaze White, Supersonic Blue, Supersonic Black, and Meteor Black.
At present, there is no information on the pricing of the Realme 9 5G. Considering that the predecessor Realme 8 5G (review) was announced with a starting price of Rs 14,999, the Realme 9 5G might carry a similar price tag.

As far as the Realme 9 5G launch is concerned, Sharma has claimed that it will not debut this month. He added that the smartphone will be announced in March. Hence, it is likely that Realme may start teasing the arrival of the smartphone in the coming days.
Realme 9 5G specifications (rumoured)
The Realme 9 5G is likely to feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design. The display is expected to support Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It will come with a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a 48-megapixel (main) + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit. For security, it will feature a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
The Dimensity 810 chip will be present under the hood of the Realme 9 5G. It will come with 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of storage. It is likely to run on the latest Android 12 OS with Realme UI on top. In terms of design, it is likely to look identical to last year’s Realme 8 5G. The smartphone is also expected to house a 5,000mAh battery, which is increasingly becoming standard in this segment.
