Realme Book could launch alongside Realme GT on August 18th, official teaser suggests

Realme Book is expected to launch on August 18th in India as per the latest tweet by the company’s CEO Madhav Sheth. Notably, the brand’s first-ever laptop will debut alongside the already confirmed Realme GT 5G and Realme GT Master Edition at the same event.

Sheth hasn’t explicitly revealed the launch date of the Realme Book but the teaser tweet includes the laptop in Blue colour, a Realme suitcase and a Realme GT Master Edition smartphone. The tweet also reads ‘Which product from it are you most excited about?’  

Realme Book India launch teased on August 18th

The teaser doesn’t reveal any key specifications of the Realme Book apart from a Blue colour option and Realme branding on the top. However, it is expected to be offered in Grey colour as well and with a 180-degree hinge mechanism. 

The official-looking renders of the Realme Book revealed a metallic chassis and an Apple MacBook Air-like design. It has two USB-C ports on the side. The laptop is said to feature a 14-inch IPS LCD display bearing an FHD resolution. 

As per past reports, the Realme Book is expected to be powered by an 11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor clocked at 2.47GHz. The laptop will ship with Windows 10 Home OS with an option to upgrade to Windows 11 in the future. The Realme Book will reportedly be available in multiple RAM and storage configurations. 

The Realme Book is tipped to be priced around Rs 40,000 and it will go up against the recently launched RedmiBook laptops in India.
