Realme Book will be powered by 11th gen Intel Core i5 processor

Realme Book’s launch date for India is yet to be confirmed. Rumours are rife that it may launch in this month. Ahead of the official announcement, the company is busy teasing the different features of its first laptop. Realme’s PR Manager Prateek Chaudhary revealed that the Realme Book will be featuring the latest 11th generation Intel processor.

Recent reports have revealed that the Realme Book will be sporting a sleek design like Apple’s MacBook Air. It is expected to arrive in three colours. The Realme Book is expected to face stiff competition from the RedmiBook 15 series that is scheduled to go official today in India

Realme Book key specifications

As can be seen in the image shared by Chaudhary, the Realme Book is fuelled by the 11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor that is clocked at 2.4GHz. The screenshot also confirms that the device will run Windows 10 Home. Microsoft announced Windows 11 in June. Soon after its launch, Realme confirmed that the Realme Book users will receive the Windows 11 upgrade.

Past reports have revealed that the Realme Book will be equipped with a 14-inch Full HD LED display. The company has confirmed that it will offer a 3:2 aspect ratio. Apart from the Core i5 chipset, the laptop may also come in aCore i3 edition. The company is likely to announce Realme Book in multiple RAM and SSD storage configurations.

It will be equipped with an island-style keyboard that will feature a large-sized trackpad. The power key available on the keyboard may double up as a fingerprint scanner. For connectivity, it is expected to offer a pair of USB Type-C ports, a USB Type-A port, and a 3.5mm microphone/headphone combo jack.

Realme Book price in India

Rumours suggest that the Realme Book will be priced at around Rs 40,000 in India. It is expected to arrive in colours like Realme Apricot, Realme Blue, and Realme Grey.
