Realme C15 with 6,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging to be announced on July 28th

Realme has started teasing the arrival of a new C-series phone called Realme C15. The listing of the phone on Realme Indonesia’s website reveals that it will be made official on July 28th. One of the major highlights of the smartphone is that it will be the first phone from the brand with a 6,000mAh battery.

Apart from the large battery, the Realme C15 will also support fast charging. The official listing has revealed the complete design and colour variants of the smartphone. Realme is already selling the Realme C11 in Indonesia. The key specs of the Realme C15 that have emerged so far suggest that it could be positioned higher than the C11 in the market.

The Realme C15 is also listed on the Lazada e-commerce site in Indonesia. It has revealed that the phone will be available in the country in two colour options – Marine Blue and Seagull Grey. The phone will be available in 3GB RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variants.

The square-shaped camera module at the back houses four cameras with an LED flash below. A fingerprint scanner is also placed on the rear panel. Realme has revealed that the 6,000mAh battery of the smartphone will support 18W fast charging through USB Type-C. In comparison, the Realme C11 has a dual-camera setup on its back and its 5,000mAh battery supports only standard 10W charging.

Like the Realme C11, the C15 is fitted with a waterdrop notch display. There is no word on the display size and supported resolution. It is speculated that the Realme C15 will be powered by the Helio G35, just like the Realme C11.

Realme C15 pricing and availability

The Realme C11 is available in Indonesia for IDR 1,599,000 (~Rs 8,000). The upcoming Realme C15 has more advanced specifications, and is expected to be priced higher. There is no word on whether the C15 will make it to India.
