Realme C21Y India launch date, key features and Flipkart availability confirmed

Realme C21Y is confirmed to launch in India on August 23rd at 12 noon. The brand announced the launch date on its Twitter handle. The smartphone had debuted in Vietnam last month and the Indian variant is expected to come with the same specifications.

Realme has also put up an event page for the upcoming C21Y revealing its key specifications. The smartphone will be the fifth offering in the Realme C20 series after the C20, C21, C25, and C25s. 

Realme C21Y specifications and pricing

The Realme C21Y offers a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. The back panel features a geometric pattern and houses a square camera module along with a conventional fingerprint scanner. On the imaging front, the smartphone comes with triple rear cameras of 13MP main sensor, 2MP depth unit, and a 2MP macro lens. There is a 5MP front-facing snapper. 

The Realme C21Y is powered by a Unisoc T610 processor. The device packs 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for reverse charging. The Realme C21Y runs on Realme UI based on Android 10 and comes with dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, microUSB port, and a 3.5mm jack. 

The Realme C21Y is priced at VND 3,490,000 (~Rs 11,300) in Vietnam. We expect the smartphone to be more affordable in India. Ahead of the launch, Realme has confirmed that the smartphone will come in Cross Blue and Cross Black colours.
