Realme C25Y has been launched in India. It has arrived as a new variant of the Realme C25 that debuted earlier this year in the country. As compared to the original C25, the C25Y comes with a different chipset and an improved primary camera.

The Realme C25Y has a waterdrop notch display. It is powered by a Unisoc processor and a massive battery which comes with fast charging support. However, the main attraction of the C25Y is that it is one of the most affordable smartphones to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera.

Realme C25Y first sale in India
Customers can pre-book the Realme C25Y from 12 pm on September 20th. It will go on sale for the first time at 12 pm on September 27th through Flipkart and Realme India’s website.

The Realme C25Y has a 6.5-inch LCD panel that offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. The notch houses an 8-megapixel selfie. The rear camera system of the Realme C25Y features a 50-megapixel primary lens. It is assisted by a 2-megapixel macro camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED flash. A fingerprint scanner is also placed on the rear panel of the device.
The Unisoc T610, which fuels the likes of Realme C21Y and Micromax In 2B, is present under the hood of the Realme C25Y. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage. The device boots Android 11, which is overlaid with Realme UI 2.0.
