Realme C3 India launch set for February 6th, dewdrop display and dual rear cameras confirmed

Realme’s upcoming C series smartphone, the Realme C3, has been the subject of a number of leaks and reports lately. The phone recently received certification from various regulatory authorities like Thailand’s NBTC and FCC in the US. Recently, a couple of specifications of the upcoming Realme C3 were leaked on the interwebs. Now, the emerging phone maker has finally announced that it will be launching the smartphone in India on February 6th at 12.30pm. In addition, the company has also revealed the design and a couple of features of the Realme C3 ahead of the launch.

Realme C3 specifications and features

Talking about the design first, the press render shared by the company has revealed that the Realme C3 will come with a waterdrop notch above the screen. The phone will have minimal bezels on the top and sides, and a slim one at the bottom. At the rear, the smartphone appears to be featuring a unibody design. The image has revealed that the device will arrive with a dual primary camera setup at the rear. The camera module will be placed vertically in the top-left corner. The power button of the phone is located on the right side, while the volume rocker will be placed on the left. While a fingerprint sensor is not visible in the image, it is expected to be placed at the rear.

As for the specifications, Realme hasn’t yet revealed anything about the features of the Realme C3 at the moment. However, a recent report indicated that the phone will be powered by a MediaTek processor of unknown make. The device is expected to be fuelled by a massive 5,000mAh battery, which will be significantly bigger than the 4,000mAh power cell found on the predecessor, the Realme C2. No details about the other specifications of the Realme C3 are available at the moment.

Realme C3 price in India

As of now, there’s no word regarding the price and availability of the Realme C3 at the moment. Its predecessor is currently retailing in the country at a starting price tag of Rs 5,999.
