Realme C55 hands-on images and specifications have leaked before the official announcement. A recent leak claimed that Realme is planning to launch the Realme C33 (2022) and the Realme C55 in India. The report revealed the configurations and colour options of both models. While the Indian wing of the company is yet to officially confirm the arrival of these phones, its Indonesian division has started teasing the C55.
A Facebook user has published live images of the Realme C55 to reveal its design. In addition, the same source has also leaked its entire specifications. Continue reading ahead to learn what to expect from the C55.

Realme C55 design
Starting from the front, the Realme C55’s hands-on images show a punch-hole display with a slightly thick bottom bezel. The back panel of the phone has a matte finish, but the squarish area surrounding the camera module has a glossy finish. One of the images shows that the device will be equipped with dedicated slots for two SIM cards and a microSD card.
The bottom view of the Realme C55 shows a 3.5mm audio jack, a microphone, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille. The thickness of the device is 7.8mm.
Realme C55 specifications (rumoured)
The leak reveals that the Realme C55 (model number RMX37100) will arrive with a 6.72-inch IPS LCD panel that offers a refresh rate of 90Hz and a Full HD+ resolution. It will come preloaded with Android 13 OS and Realme UI 4.0. It is likely to be the first Realme phone to offer the iPhone’s Dynamic Island-like feature.
The Helio G88 chipset will be present under the hood of the Realme C55. It will arrive with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage. The device will pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC charging via the USB Type-C port.
On the front, the Realme C55 will have an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Its back panel will be fitted with a 64-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary camera. The C55 will offer other features like dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a microphone, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a single speaker.
Realme C55 India launch: what to expect
As far as the India launch is concerned, the Realme C55 is expected to arrive in three variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. It is likely to come in three shades, such as Rainforest, Rainy Night, and Sunshower. Rumours are rife that the Realme C55 may launch as early as March in India.
