Realme C55 variants, colour options, and price range have been tipped by leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore. For those who don’t know, the handset recently went official in markets like Indonesia and Europe. Now, the phone is all set to go official in India on March 21st, 2023.
One of the major highlights of the Realme C55 is that it is the company’s first phone to come equipped with the Mini Capsule feature, which functions like the Dynamic Island on Apple iPhones. The Mini Capsule can show notifications for battery and charging status, data usage, and health data like step count and distance walked.

According to the tipster, the Realme C55 will arrive in India in three configurations, such as 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. These variants are likely to be priced between Rs 10,000 and Rs 20,000. It will arrive in three colours: Rainforest, Rainy Night, and Sunshower. It will be available for purchase through online channels, such as Realme India’s website and Flipkart.

The Realme C55 houses a 6.72-inch IPS LCD display that boasts a Full-HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The touch sampling rate is an impressive 180Hz, and the screen’s peak brightness is 680 nits. There is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies. On the back, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup, which includes a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The C55 ships with Android 13 and has the Realme UI 3.0 skin running on top. It draws power from the Helio G88 SoC and can be paired with either 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 33W SuperVOOC charging. The C55 comes with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, and one can expand the storage up to 1TB using a microSD card. Additionally, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
