The Realme GT 2 series is touted to be the brand’s most premium flagship lineup. With the upcoming smartphones, the company aims to break into the high-end market and compete against the likes of OnePlus, Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, and others. Realme hasn’t explicitly revealed how many devices the GT 2 lineup will include but going by the launch event poster, we can expect vanilla and Pro models.

The Realme GT 2 series is designed by Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa. The smartphones will feature a paper-like eco-friendly material on their back panel that is said to reduce carbon footprint. The company says that the Paper Tech Master design will also represent Gen Z’s attitude towards sustainability.

The Realme GT 2 series is confirmed to come with an industry-first 150-degree ultra-wide camera along with a fisheye mode. Connectivity-wise, the upcoming flagship offerings are said to be equipped with 12 wrap-around antennas for better network signal, ultra-wideband antenna switching, WiFi 6E with WiFi Enhancer feature, and 360-degree NFC. Lastly, the Realme GT 2 Pro in the series will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor under the hood.
