Realme GT Neo 5 150W variant has been spotted in the database of the Geekbench benchmarking site. Reports have revealed that the model numbers RMX3708 and RMX3706 are both associated with the GT Neo 5.
The RMX3708, which appeared in Geekbench earlier this month, is likely to be marketed as the Realme GT Neo 5 240W in the Chinese market. The RMX3706 variant, on the other hand, may debut in the home market as the Realme GT Neo 5 150W. Today, the RMX3706 variant has emerged on Geekbench, which indicates that the company could be testing its performance before its official announcement. Here is a look at what has been revealed through its Geekbench listing.

The Realme GT Neo 5 150W has scored 1277 and 3917 in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench 5, respectively. The CPU information and GPU details available in the source code of the listing revealed that it is powered by the underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
The device is expected to arrive with multiple RAM options. However, the variant that has surfaced on Geekbench has 16GB of RAM. It will come preloaded with the Android 13 OS, which is likely to be overlaid with the Realme UI 4.0.

Reports have revealed that the Realme GT Neo 5 150W will have a 5,000mAh battery and support 150W charging, whereas the GT Neo 5 240W will have a smaller 4,600mAh battery with 240W charging. The other specifications are likely to remain the same on both variants.
As per the TENAA listing of the device, the GT Neo 5 will have a 6.74-inch OLED panel with 2,722 x 1,240 pixels resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. It will have LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, a 16-megapixel front camera, a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890, main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera setup. Other rumoured features include RGB lights, NFC, a linear motor, and a plastic frame.
The Realme GT Neo 5 will be announced in February in China. As per our exclusive report, it will also be globally showcased at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 tech exhibition, which will be held at the end of February in Barcelona, Spain.
