Realme GT Neo 5 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking site. Reports have revealed that model numbers RMX3708 and RMX3706 are associated with the GT Neo 5. The RMX3708 variant surfaced on Geekbench to reveal its chipset, RAM, and OS.
The RMX3708 variant of the Realme G Neo 5 is expected to support 240W fast charging, whereas the RMX3706 model is likely to offer 150W rapid charging. The GT Neo 5 will be announced in February in China. Our exclusive report published earlier this month revealed that it would be showcased at the MWC 2023 tech event for the global market in February.
Realme GT Neo 5 Geekbench listing
The Realme GT Neo 5 variant with model number RMX3708 has scored 1279 in the single-core test and 3902 in the multi-core test. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 underclocked version powers the device, according to reports and CPU information in the Geekbench listing.
The GT Neo 5 variant that has surfaced on Geekbench reveals it has 16GB of RAM and runs on Android 13 OS. In all likelihood, the OS will be overlaid with the latest Realme UI 4.0 interface.
Realme GT Neo 5 specifications
The Realme GT Neo 5 variant with a 4,600mAh battery will support 240W fast charging, while the edition with a 5,000mAh battery will offer 150W charging. The other specs will be the same on both models.
The GT Neo 5 has a 6.74-inch OLED display that offers a resolution of 2,772 x 1,240 pixels, a refresh rate of 144Hz, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It will have a 16-megapixel camera on the front and a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890, main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + a 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.
The GT Neo 5 will arrive with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage. Reports say it will have a plastic frame, RGB lights, a linear motor, and NFC connectivity.
