- Realme GT Neo 5 specs sheet has been leaked
- It reveals that it will arrive in two battery variants
- These variants are expected to support 150W and 240W charging
Realme GT Neo 5 will be announced next month (February) globally through the MWC 2023 event, as per our exclusive report from last week. It will be the first phone in the world to arrive with support for 240W fast charging. Reports have claimed that there are two versions of the GT Neo 5. Both pack the same specs but have different batteries and charging capabilities.
The two variants of the Realme GT Neo 5 were recently found listed on TENAA with all their major specs. However, the listings did not reveal the actual battery size of the two variants. Chinese tipster Panda is Bald has shared what appears to be a premature carrier listing of the device. The listings mention the specs of the phone in detail.

The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset is present under the hood of the Realme GT Neo 5. Unfortunately, the listings do not mention anything about the RAM and storage capabilities of the device. Reports have said that the device will offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The GT Neo 5 will have a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. The back panel will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX90 primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
