Realme Care+ is the company’s first after-sales support programme for new and existing clients in India. It can be used offline and online, providing mobile protection, similar to Apple Care+. The company claims that the subscription-based value-added service will provide end-to-end customer support. The new ‘care’ plan provides users with two-way protection through an extended warranty and damage protection.
Realme Care+ Benefits
The Realme Care+ Privileged program will provide various mobile protection features. It comes with an extended 1-year warranty, screen protection for a year, and accidental and liquid protection for a year. People can use this to access the company’s authorised customer service centres, trusted experts, and simple claim processing.
Mr Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India, VP of Realme, and President, of Realme International Business Group, commented on the announcement, saying, “Realme Care is a testimony of our commitment to offering the best to our consumers and our desire to further build on our customer experience. Through this programme, we are ensuring a complete service using digital technology with “service quality” as the foundation and consistency, convenience, and caring as the basic values. We are optimistic that Realme’s service will become the industry standard for customer experience.”
According to Realme, the integrated digital customer service platform will feature SMS notifications and live tracking of service requests, self-service, software upgrades, knowledge bank, pick-up service, TV on-door service, and warranty status checks. A service centre will back up the technical assistance system to make maintenance and repairs easy for clients using this programme.
