Realme Narzo 50 has been launched in India today. It is the successor to last year’s Narzo 30. The latest offering is the third device in the Narzo 50 series after the standard and Narzo 50i.

Prior to today’s launch, the Narzo 50’s key specifications were teased by the brand. The device falls under the sub-Rs 16,000 price bracket and competes against the likes of Redmi Note 11S, POCO M4 Pro 5G, Infinix Note 11S (review) and others in the market. The Narzo 50 features a 120Hz refresh rate
The Narzo 50 comes with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display bearing an FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner. It offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone has a slightly boxy form factor and the back panel features diagonal lines as well as houses a rectangular camera module.
On the imaging front, the Narzo 50 is equipped with triple rear cameras. The setup comprises a 50MP main sensor paired with 2MP macro and 2MP bokeh lenses. On the front, the device has a 16MP selfie snapper.
Under the hood, the Narzo 50 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 processor. It packs up to 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage expandable via a microSD card slot. There is also dynamic RAM expansion up to 11GB. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. The Narzo 50 runs on Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 out of the box.
