Realme’s new Narzo smartphone series will take on Redmi and POCO in India

Realme India has already launched several new smartphones this year. It began with the launch of the Realme 5i budget phone, and followed it up with the Realme X50 Pro which debuted as India’s first 5G-ready device. Earlier this month, the Chinese firm unveiled the Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro smartphones along with the Realme Band. The Chinese firm is also rumoured to announce Realme 6i smartphone in India in the near future. The company has now released an official teaser of its upcoming phone called “Narzo”. A report by 91mobiles states that Narzo is a new series of smartphones from Realme to take on the likes of Redmi and POCO. With “Gen Z” mentioned on the poster, we assume that the Realme Narzo series will include youth-centric smartphones.

The publication further revealed that Realme plans to launch two Narzo smartphones. There is no word on the specifications of the upcoming devices.

In related news, the Realme Days Sale 2020 has kicked off from today. The sale that will last until March 22nd brings offers on the Realme 6, Realme 6 Pro, Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro, Realme X, Realme XT, Realme X2 and Realme X2 Pro.

SBI card holders can get 10 percent instant discount on purchase of Realme 6 and 6 Pro through Realme’s website, Flipkart, Amazon and Tata Cliq. The Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro variants can be availed with Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 discounts, respectively.

The Realme X comes with a Rs 2,000 discount, whereas the Realme XT can bought with a price cut of Rs 1,000. Realme X2 and X2 Pro buyers can take advantage of Bump Up Prexo (BUP) offer which brings discounts of up to Rs 4,000 by exchanging another smartphone.
