Things to know before updating to Realme UI 2.0 early access program
The early access program invites Realme users to try the latest Realme UI 2.0 based Android 11 OS for the first time. To enrol for the upgrade program, users should ensure that their devices are not rooted. Users are also required to carry out backup of personal data to prevent data loss.
There are chances that some of the third-party apps may crash or may not be available after the update. Hence, it is recommended to update to the latest versions of all apps before upgrading. To make sure that there is no failure during the updating process due to lack of storage, devices should have at least 5GB of free storage.
If users encounter any issue or bug while using the early access edition of Realme UI 2.0, they can fill the provided form to submit a bug. The bug report forms for Realme 6 Pro, Realme 7, Realme X2 Pro, and Narzo 20 Pro can be found on Realme community.
