Alongside the launch of Narzo 20 series, Realme also announced its proprietary Realme UI 2.0 based on the latest Android 11. The upcoming operating system comes with a host of new features and improvements. The brand says that it is designed to meet the diversified requirements of Gen Z across three main categories: Creativity, Sociability and Productivity.
The Realme X50 Pro will be the first smartphone to receive the newly announced RealmeUI 2.0. The company will release a close beta version this month followed by an open beta version and a stable release in October and November.
RealmeUI 2.0 top features
The latest RealmeUI 2.0 ships with interesting features with creativity as its core function. Users can make their own main interface, notification bar, shortcut button and 24 other interfaces by choosing from 5 built-in colour schemes and 10 single colours. Realme has introduced Always-on display feature with 5 themes. It also allows users to create their unique AOD patterns.
With RealmeUI 2.0, the system-wide dark mode offers three styles including enhanced, medium and gentle. There is also an intelligent auto adjustment that automatically sets the contrasts depending on the ambient light. The latest software version allows users to customise app icons and seamless fonts.
RealmeUI 2.0 comes with Subtitle Stitching, Realme Share and Dual Mode Music Share features. The dual-mode music share feature lets users connect their smartphone to two audio accessories i.e. a wired earphone and Bluetooth earphone. It offers Floating Window feature that lets users watch a video and chat with others simultaneously.
The latest update introduces Deep Sea Privacy plan that consists of an invisible door (preventing apps from accessing information), private space and security shield. The RealmeUI 2.0 has Digital Wellbeing mode with a Sleep Capsule feature that enables users to track their sleep cycle.
