Realme V23 5G has been launched in China. It is positioned lower than the Realme V25 5G, which was announced last month in March 2022. The V23 5G features a teardrop notch display on the front that offers a 20:9 aspect ratio. The rear panel of the phone has a 48-megapixel dual-camera system.

The Realme V23 5G has a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,408 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The device comes with Android 12 OS, which is overlaid with Realme UI 3.0. The power button available on the right edge of the phone is integrated with a fingerprint sensor.

The V23 5G is fuelled by the Dimensity 810 and 8GB / 12GB of RAM. The device is equipped with 128GB / 256GB of internal storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

The smartphone is equipped with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The back panel of the device has a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth assist lens, and an LED flash. It is equipped with other features such as dual nano-SIM slots, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device measures 163.8 x 75.1 x 8mm and weighs around 186 grams.

The Realme V23 5G comes in two options: 8GB RAM + 256GB of storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. It is priced at RMB 1,699 (~Rs 20,300) and RMB 1,899 (~Rs 22,700), respectively. The handset comes in two colours such as Glass Magic and Gravel Black.
