Realme Watch S to be announced on November 2nd, key specifications revealed

Realme entered the wearables segment in India in March this year with the launch of the Realme Band (review). Later in May, the Chinese brand announced its first budget smartwatch called the Realme Watch. At IFA Berlin, the company had confirmed that it will launch the Watch S Pro in Q4 this year.

Now Realme is all set to launch the non-Pro variant of the Realme Watch S on November 2nd. The brand’s Pakistan branch announced the news on its Twitter handle The tweet also revealed a few key specifications of the upcoming smartwatch along with its design. 

Realme Watch S specifications and features

Going by the Twitter teaser, the Realme Watch S is confirmed to feature a circular dial with a 1.3-inch touch-screen display and auto-brightness adjustment. There are two buttons on the right side and the smartwatch will arrive in four colours i.e. Black, Orange, Green and Blue. 

The teaser also reveals that the Realme Watch S will be equipped with a heart rate tracker and a SpO2 sensor to monitor the oxygen levels in the blood. Realme says that the device will come with multiple health monitors. The upcoming smartwatch will offer 16 sports modes. It will offer 15-day battery life. 

This is everything we know about the upcoming Realme Watch S at the moment. It’s unknown whether the smartwatch will adopt an OLED or LCD display. According to an FCC listing, the device is expected to be backed by a 390mAh battery unit with support for magnetic charging. It may also come with IP68 dust and water-resistant rating. 

It’s just a matter of days till the launch event where we will know more details.
