Realme X is launching on July 15th in India and now, the brand has announced the Realme X Blind Order Sale. In this sale, consumers will be able to pre-order the upcoming phone. It will go live on Realme’s official website from July 11th 12pm, till July 14th 11:59 pm. People will have to pay an amount of Rs 1,000 for booking the device before its launch. The phone is launching alongside the Realme 3I smartphone.
On the other hand, only 2,000 units of the phone’s standard edition and 300 units of the Spider-Man: Far From Home edition will be available in the sale. Consumers will have to log in using their Realme ID on the brand’s official website and deposit Rs 1,000. Their account will then be credited with Rs 500 which would be applied on the effective cost of the Realme X. Advance bookers will be able to grab the device when it becomes available even if there’s a rush. Users can also cancel their pre-order before 12 pm on July 22nd. The refund will arrive on July 27th automatically.
The phone will be available for buying from July 22nd. Buyers can deposit the remaining cost between 12 pm on July 22nd and 11:59 pm on July 26th. The final price of the Realme X is still under covers, but it is likely to cost less than Rs 18,000.
Realme X: specifications and features
The phone is equipped with a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device sports a pop-up selfie camera and doesn’t need a notch for the same reason. It depends on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage.
The dual rear camera of Realme X plays host to a 48MP primary sensor coupled with a 5MP secondary lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone is kitted with a 16MP front camera. The handset depends on a 3,765mAh battery capacity with support for Fast Charging and USB Type-C at its disposal. In terms of software, it runs Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6.0.
