Last week, Realme introduced a new variant of the Realme X2 Pro smartphone in India with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. At the launch, the company didn’t announce the first sale date of the new model. However, now the new Realme X2 Pro variant is available to buy in the country for the very first time. The handset can be purchased from Flipkart and the brand’s website. The new variant has been priced affordably at Rs 27,999, which makes it the most affordable model of the Realme X2 Pro in the country. The variant is being offered in two colour models including Lunar White and Neptune Blue.
Realme X2 Pro specifications and features
Apart from less RAM and storage, the rest of the specifications of the new Realme X2 Pro model are the same as the earlier variants. The earlier models include 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB, which are available for Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999 respectively. The phone comes with a waterdrop notch above the screen and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Software-wise, the handset boots ColorOS 6.1, which is based on Android 9 Pie.
Moving on to the other specs, the Realme X2 Pro comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display, which has HDR10+ support, a screen refresh rate of 90Hz, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor, which is aided by the Adreno 640 GPU. The smartphone is fuelled by a beefy 4,000mAh battery, which can fully charge in just 30 minutes, thanks to the support for 50W SuperVOOC fast charging.
In the optics department, the Realme X2 Pro comes with a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary camera on the back. The main lens is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, a 13MP telephoto snapper, and a 2MP portrait camera. For selfies, the device has a 16MP snapper that’s housed inside the waterdrop notch. Lastly, the connectivity features of the handset include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and GPS with GLONASS.
