Realme X2 Pro flagship with Snapdragon 855+ to launch in India in December

The Realme X2 Pro will be launched on October 15th in Spain and China. Today, the company has confirmed the phone’s launch in India in December 2019. The official render of the premium phone was shared earlier today by Realme China’s CMO. Its specifications were also spotted on the TENAA certification website.

Realme X2 Pro specifications and features

The Realme X2 Pro has been revealed to come with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch. The display will offer full HD+ resolution of 1,800 x 2,400 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Realme has also confirmed that the phone will feature a 90Hz refresh rate.

The Realme X2 Pro features the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ octa-core processor with 6GB of RAM, while an 8GB RAM variant is also expected. It is likely to house up to 256GB of internal storage but lacks a microSD card slot. It would run Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 on the top. The USP of the phone is expected to be its quad rear cameras with a 64MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP configuration and a 16MP selfie snapper in the front. The phone is also expected to house a 4,000mAh battery with support for  50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge technology.
