Realme recently announced that its first-ever 5G smartphone will be dubbed the Realme X50 5G. Ahead of the upcoming launch, the smartphone’s alleged render has been leaked on the interwebs, which has revealed the design of the handset from almost all angles. In addition, the emerging phone maker has also announced that the Realme X50 5G will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest mid-range chipset, the Snapdragon 765G, which was introduced at Qualcomm Summit 2019 event recently. Apart from this, the brand has confirmed that the phone will arrive with dual selfie cameras.
Realme X50 5G renders, design
As seen in the image above, the Realme X50 5G is tipped to feature four cameras at the back, which will be placed vertically in the middle of the device. One of these sensors could be a periscope lens. The source further claims that the device will feature a 108MP primary sensor and will have 50W of fast charging as well. At the front, we can see a dual punch-hole camera, which was already confirmed courtesy of the promotional poster for the device the company released a little while ago.
The Realme X50 5G is expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM and one of its variants will offer 128GB of native storage. The source has not mentioned whether or not there will be scope for further expansion. The Realme X50 5G is being speculated to run on ColorOS 7 out of the box which, we can expect to be built on top of Android 10.
Lastly, as far as the launch date is concerned, the Realme X50 5G is tipped to be unveiled in February 2020. As of now, this is all we know about the upcoming Realme 5G device, but we are sure to receive further intel on the same in the coming weeks.
