Realme X7 Pro with Dimensity 1000+ launched in Thailand: price, specifications

In September, Realme launched the Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro 5G-ready upper mid-range phones in China. Both the phones have remained exclusive to the home market till now. Now, Realme is expanding the devices with the launch of Realme X7 Pro in Thailand. Some of the major highlights of the Realme X7 Pro include a 120Hz refresh rate display, a powerful Dimensity chipset, 64-megapixel quad cameras, and fast charging support.

After Thailand, the Realme X7 series is expected to arrive in various other markets. The Realme X7 5G and Realme X7 Pro are likely to launch in India in January 2021.

The Realme X7 Pro sports a 120Hz AMOLED display

The Realme X7 Pro 5G is fitted with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with curved edges. The screen produces a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is integrated with a fingerprint reader. The phone boots to Realme UI based Android 10 OS.

The Dimensity 1000+, which is MediaTek’s most powerful 5G chipset at present, powers the Realme X7 Pro with 8GB of LPPDR4x RAM. The phone ships with 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It lacks support for external storage.

The display punch-hole serves as a home for its 32-megapixel selfie snapper. The rear-mounted camera module has a Sony IMX682 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with 119-degree FOV, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The Realme X7 Pro draws power from a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. Its packed with usual connectivity features such as dual-SIM support, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C. It lacks a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Realme X7 Pro has landed in Thailand with a price tag of THB 16,990 (~Rs 41,700). It has arrived in Black and Gradient colours. Speculations are rife that the Realme X7 Pro could be priced under Rs 30,000 in the Indian market.
