Redmi 10 will be launched on March 17th, 2022, in India. The microsite of the phone on Xiaomi India’s website has revealed the design and key features of the Redmi 10. Now, tipster Paras Guglani has claimed that it will be a rebranded version of the upcoming Redmi 10C.

The tipster has shared a leaked shot of the Redmi 10C’s retail package, which shows that its appearance is identical to India’s Redmi 10. He has also released a real-life image of the Redmi 10C, which mentions its key specifications. While the Redmi 10 will be heading to India, the Redmi 10C could be planned for the global markets.

The Redmi 10C’s retail box image shows that it will be arriving in black and blue colours. The other leaked shot shows that it is equipped with a massive 6.71-inch display and is powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. The Redmi 10C will be equipped with UFS storage and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support. However, the retail box of the device may include a 10W charger.

The Redmi 10C will feature a 5-megapixel front camera and 50-megapixel dual rear cameras. It will come with a powerful speaker. The upcoming Redmi 10 for India may pack the same specs. With an SD680 chip onboard, the Redmi 10 is expected to rival the likes of the Realme 9i and Redmi Note 11.

The Redmi 10 will succeed the Redmi 9 from last year, which was made official with a price tag of Rs 8,999. With better specs onboard, the Redmi 10 is likely to be priced around Rs 10,000. To recall, the Redmi 9 came with specs like a 6.53-inch HD+ display, a 5-megapixel front camera, a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear snapper, an Helio G35 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB / 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery.
