Xiaomi has just launched its latest smartphone, the Redmi 8 in India. The newest Redmi handset has arrived as a budget offering. Just like the many other devices in its segment, the Redmi 8 also sports minimal bezels thanks to the presence of a waterdrop notch above the screen, which houses the selfie camera. Notably, the Redmi 8 looks premium thanks to the Aura Mirror finish at the rear, and the handset also features a splash-resistant design. The phone has been launched in the country barely a few weeks after the Redmi 8A (review).
