Last week, Xiaomi shared an image of Redmi K20. This time around a new Redmi K20 picture is floating around on Chinese social media site, Weibo. It looks like the picture has been captured in a store, presumably in China. The Redmi K20 retail box mentions Snapdragon 730, 27W fast charging, 4,000mAh battery and a 48-megapixel triple rear camera unit.
The previous pictures showed the Redmi K20 in Blue while the latest ones show off the device in Blue and Red shades. The latest images once again confirm the presence of triple rear camera unit, pop-up selfie camera and thin bezels without a notch.
Adding to this, Xiaomi has already confirmed a couple of other features for the Redmi K20 including a triple rear camera setup, 960 FPS slow-mo video recording, 7th-gen in-display fingerprint scanner, and DC Dimming. Please note that the final specifications might change, the leaks and renders just give us a vague idea of what the device might offer.
Meanwhile, Redmi General Manager, Lu Weibing took to Weibo and confirmed that the Redmi K20 will come with dual-band GPS. This means the device will be able to utilise two bands for GPS thus offering better accuracy and speed. Moreover, the dual-band GPS boasts of less interference and better location-based tracking.
Xiaomi is also going to launch the more powerful Redmi K20 Pro alongside the K20. The Redmi K20 Pro is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 855. Other rumored specifications include 6.39-inch AMOLED display, 4,000mAh battery, and a 48-megapixel camera unit.
