Redmi Note 10 series will feature Super AMOLED display, company confirms

Xiaomi is set to unveil the Redmi Note 10 series on March 4th in India. Over the last few days, Xiaomi India MD Manu Kumar Jain has been teasing several features of the upcoming offering. Now in the latest tweet, he revealed that the Redmi Note 10 series will feature sAMOLED display.

This will make the upcoming Redmi Note 10 series the first in the Redmi Note lineup to come with an AMOLED panel. However, it’s unclear if all the Note 10 variants will feature AMOLED display. The Redmi Note 10 series will debut as the successor to last year’s Redmi Note 9 series. 

As reported previously, the Redmi Note 10 series will feature a a 108MP camera. It will also come with a 5MP super-macro lens. According to the promo page on Amazon and the official website, the Redmi Note 10 series will come with a centre-aligned punch-hole display and a rectangular camera module. Later, Jain also shared an image of the Redmi Note 10 series retail box confirming the design. The camera alignment on the upcoming offering looks similar to the Vivo X50 series. 

The Redmi Note 10 series will also feature 120Hz refresh rate screens. Other specifications on the upcoming offering are currently under the wraps. However, the smartphones are teased to come with Hi-Res certification, IP52 water and dust-resistant rating and Gorilla Glass protection. Internally, the Redmi Note 10 series will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a bigger battery and faster charging.
