The Redmi Note 10T 5G’s launch date has been confirmed. The company revealed today that it will be debuting on July 20th and will be available for purchase exclusively through Amazon India. It will be arriving as the first 5G-ready Redmi branded smartphone in India.

The Note 10T 5G is the fifth Note 10 series handset after the Redmi Note 10Note 10SNote 10 Pro, and Note 10 Pro Max to arrive in India. Last month, Xiaomi released the Dimensity 700 powered Redmi Note 10T in Russia last month. It is speculated that the same device will be releasing in India.

The Redmi Note 10T 5G is set to launch in India on July 20th

The Redmi Note 10T 5G is expected to feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen that delivers Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate. For selfies and video calls, it may feature a front 8MP camera. The rear camera setup of the phone may house a 48-megapixel primary camera, and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors for depth effects and macro shots.

The Dimensity 700 5G is likely to fuel the Note 10T 5G with 4GB / 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The handset may come with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage and a microSD card slot. It is likely to house a 5,000mAh battery with 18W rapid charging support. For security, it may feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and the device is likely to run MIUI 12.5 based Android 11. These specs suggest that it will probably arrive as a rebbadged version of the POCO M3 Pro 5G (review) in India.

The rumour mill is yet to leak the pricing of the Redmi Note 10T 5G. Since the handset is said to be positioned higher than the Note 10, it is likely to be priced around Rs 15,000.
