Redmi Note 11 Pro series is set to launch in India next week. The lineup will consist of Pro and Pro+ 5G variants. Both devices have debuted in China in October last year. The Note 11 Pro will arrive as the successor to last year’s Redmi Note 10 Pro whereas the Pro+ 5G variant is a new addition.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro series is scheduled to launch in India on March 9th i.e. Wednesday at 12 pm. The launch event will be live streamed on the brand’s official YouTube channel, social media handles, and Amazon India.
Redmi Note 11 Pro series: price in India
The pricing of the Redmi Note 11 Pro series has been revealed by a recent leak. The Pro variant is tipped to cost Rs 16,999 for the base 6GB + 128GB option and Rs 18,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration. On the other hand, the same RAM and storage options of the Pro+ 5G model are expected to be priced at Rs 21,999 and Rs 23,999 respectively.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro series sports a boxy form factor. It will come with the brand’s Evol. design that was introduced on the Redmi Note 10 series. The back panel houses a rectangular camera module headlined by a 108MP main sensor. The power and volume rocker buttons are on the right side whereas the bottom of the device has a USB-C port, SIM tray slot, and a speaker grille. There is also another speaker grille at the top.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro series is teased to be available in White and Blue colours.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro series features an sAMOLED display with a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout. It offers a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth experience and also 1,200 nits peak brightness level. On the audio front, the smartphones are teased to be equipped with dual stereo speakers. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro series will come with support for 67W SonicCharge 3.0. It is claimed to top up the battery in 15 minutes. The smartphones are teased to feature liquid cooling for heat dissipation. The landing page of the Redmi Note 11 series on Xiaomi India and Amazon reveals that the upcoming offerings will be 5G-compatible.
Redmi Note 11 Pro series: other specifications and features
Apart from the confirmed specifications, the Redmi Note 11 Pro duo are expected to be the same as their Chinese counterparts and pack identical specifications. These include a 6.67-inch display with FHD+ resolution, 16MP front-facing camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and more. It’s unclear whether Xiaomi will launch a 4G or 5G version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro. The former is powered by Snapdragon 680 (globally) whereas the latter is equipped with a Dimensity 920 in China.
