Redmi Note 11 SE India launched tipped, here’s what to expect

  • Redmi Note 11 SE is likely to launch soon in India
  • It will be a rebranded version of last year’s Redmi Note 10S
  • Same device will release as the POCO M5s in the global markets

Redmi Note 11 SE India launch has been tipped. In May, Redmi unveiled the Note 11T series of smartphones in China. The same platform also saw the arrival of a phone called the Redmi Note 11 SE 5G. It appears that the Note 11 SE that is expected to launch in India does not support 5G connectivity. Hence, it will be different from its Chinese variant.

So far, the Redmi Note 11 lineup in India includes five devices, such as the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11S, Redmi Note 11Pro, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, and Redmi Note 11T 5G. It appears the upcoming Note 11 SE will be slotted between the Note 11 and Note 11S.

Redmi Note 11 SE: what to expect

A couple of weeks ago, reliable tipster Kacper Skrzypek revealed that POCO is working on a new phone called the POCO M5s. As per the IMEI database listing, the model number of this device is 2207117BPG. He claimed that the device would be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10S, which debuted in India last year.

Skrzypek has found evidence in the company’s MIUI code that suggests that Redmi will be launching the Redmi Note 11 SE soon in India. This device will be a rebranded version of the Note 10S / POCO M5s.
