Redmi Note 12 5G, Note 12 Pro 5G, and Note 12 Pro+ 5G have been launched in India. To recall, the Note 12 trio was unveiled first in China back in October. All three devices have finally landed in the Indian market with improved specs as compared to the previous generation.

The Redmi Note 12 5G is the company’s first phone to feature the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1. In fact, it is the second phone after the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G to feature the said chipset. The Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ are powered by the Dimensity 1080 chipset. The major attraction of the Note 12 Pro+ is that it features a 200-megapixel primary camera.

Redmi Note 12 5G price in India

The Redmi Note 12 5G has arrived in configurations like 4GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128 GB storage. It comes in three colours, Mystique Black, Matte Black and Frosted Green.

Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G price in India

The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G will be available in three colours: Obsidian Black, Arctic White Iceberg Blue. The Note 12 Pro comes in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configurations.

Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G price in India

The Note 12 Pro+, on the other hand, comes in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configurations. It can also be bought in shades like Obsidian Black, Arctic White Iceberg Blue.

Redmi Note 12 series first sale date, launch offers

The Redmi Note 12 5G will be available for purchase through Amazon India, Xiaomi India’s website, and Mi stores starting at 12 pm on January 11th, 2023. On the same date, the Note 12 Pro 5G and Note 12 Pro+ 5G will be made available for purchase for the first time via Amazon India, Xiaomi India’s website, and Mi Store.

The Redmi Note 12 5G buyers can benefit from offers like up to Rs 1,500 discount with ICICI Bank cards and EMI or Rs 1,500 additional discount on exchange for Xiaomi users. With the discount, both variants of the Note 12 5G can be bought for as low as Rs 15,499 and Rs 17,499, respectively.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G buyers can benefit from offers such as up to Rs 3,000 instant discount with ICICI bank cards and EMI or an exchange bonus of Rs 3,000. With the discount, the three variants of the device can be purchased for Rs 20,999, Rs 22,999, and Rs 23,999, respectively.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G customers can take advantage of offers like up to Rs 3,000 instant discount with ICICI bank cards and EMI or an exchange bonus of Rs 3,000. These offer users to avail its two variants at an effective price of Rs 26,999 and Rs 29,999, respectively.

The company is also offering an additional discount of Rs 1,000 on exchange for all three phones for existing Xiaomi / Mi / Redmi smartphone users.

The Redmi Note 12 5G has a 6.67-inch AMOLED punch-hole display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and up to 1,200 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it has the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset, LPPDR4x RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

For selfies and video calls, the Note 12 5G has an 8-megapixel front camera. The rear-facing dual-camera setup of the device has a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED flash.

Both phones have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera setup of both phones has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera. While the Note 12 Pro has an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, the Note 12 Pro+ is the first Redmi phone for the global market with an OIS-assisted 200-megapixel primary camera.

All three phones come preinstalled with Android 12 OS and MIUI 13.
