Redmi Note 12 Turbo is likely to launch soon. According to Xiaomiui, the MIUI build for the device is now ready, which suggests that it will not take too long for it to official. In all likelihood, the Note 12 Turbo may debut in March in the home market.

The model number of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is 23049RAD8C. The global version of the phone has model numbers 23049PCD8G and 23049PCD8G. The inclusion of “PC” in these model numbers reveals that the Note 12 Turbo will be rebranded as a POCO phone in the global market and in India. The IMEI database listing of the 23049PCD8G has revealed its final marketing name as the POCO F5.

The appearance of the MIUI builds hints that it may launch as early as this month in China.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo specifications (Rumoured)

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen capable of producing Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by an upcoming Snapdragon 7-series chip with model number SM7475, which is likely to be called the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1. The device may support up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and the highest configuration may offer 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The Note 12 Turbo could come with a 5,500mAh battery that supports fast charging up to 67W and may also include an IR blaster and a linear motor. It may feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and a 2-megapixel macro/depth assist lens. Some reports have claimed that it will be called the Redmi Note 12T instead of the Note 12 Turbo in the Chinese market.

As mentioned above, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo could be rebranded as the POCO F5 in markets outside of China. Rumours have revealed that the POCO F5 Pro will also release in India and on the global market. This device may arrive as a rebadged edition of the Redmi K60, which is exclusively available in China.
