Redmi Smart Band Pro to launch in India on February 9th, key specifications revealed

Redmi Smart Band Pro is set to debut in India alongside the Redmi Note 11S. The Xiaomi sub-brand will launch the fitness tracker in the country on February 9th. The device had debuted in China last October.

Ahead of the launch event, Xiaomi has put up a dedicated microsite of the Redmi Smart Band Pro revealing its key specifications and features. The upcoming offering’s Amazon availability has also been confirmed. The Redmi Smart Band Pro will arrive as the successor to the Redmi Smart Band that launched way back in 2020. 

Redmi Smart Band Pro specifications and features

As per the microsite, the Indian variant of the Redmi Smart Band Pro looks similar to its Chinese counterpart. The device comes with a boxy design and features a rectangular AMOLED screen with an always-on display and auto-brightness detection. It will come with a 24×7 heart rate monitor and SpO2 sensor. The fitness tracker is said to feature LifeQ Health Algorithm for tracking vitals accurately and continuously. The wearable device will offer support for more than 110 workout modes. 

The Redmi Smart Band Pro is water-resistant and it also comes with customisable watch faces. It will feature power-saving battery life that is claimed to last for weeks. 

Apart from the aforementioned features, the microsite doesn’t reveal additional details of the Redmi Smart Band Pro. In China, the fitness tracker has a 1.47-inch display bearing a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels and 450 nits brightness. It is capable of tracking sleep patterns, stress levels and menstrual cycle. The device is backed by a 200mAh battery life that is claimed to last for 14 days on regular usage.
