Redmi Smart TV X43 to launch in India on February 9th

The Redmi Smart TV X43 is set to launch in India on February 9th. It will debut alongside the Redmi Note 11S and the Redmi Smart Band Pro. The Chinese brand had unveiled the Redmi Smart TV X in March last year and it was offered in 50, 55 and 65-inch screen sizes.

Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi has revealed key specifications of the upcoming Redmi Smart TV X43 via a dedicated microsite on its website. Additionally, the television’s Amazon availability has also been confirmed.

Xiaomi is teasing the Redmi Smart TV X43 as ‘The XL Experience’. As per the microsite, the upcoming offering will feature a 4K display with HDR and Dolby Vision support. The screen is surrounded by thin bezels and Redmi branding at the bottom. On the audio front, the Redmi Smart TV X43 will come equipped with 30W speakers with Dolby Audio for a clear cinematic experience. 

The Redmi Smart TV X43 is teased to offer a flagship performance. It will ship with the latest PatchWall UI integrated with IMDb. 

Redmi Smart TV X specifications and features

The upcoming Redmi Smart TV X43 is expected to come with the same specifications as the larger variants in the Smart TV X series. The 50, 55 and 65-inch models feature Vivid Picture Engine, ALLM, Quick Wake, built-in Google Assistant and Chromecast. The televisions offer three HDMI 2.1 ports, Bluetooth, dual-band WiFi and a 3.5mm audio jack. 

The Redmi Smart TV X series is powered by a 64-bit quad-core A55 SoC coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It runs on Android 10 OS out of the box.
