The Redmi Watch has launched in India today alongside the Redmi Note 10S smartphone. It is the Xiaomi sub-brand’s second wearable device in the country after the Redmi Smart Band (review). Notably, the Redmi Watch had launched in China last November.

The Indian variant of the Redmi Watch comes with slightly different specifications. It is priced affordably and falls under the sub-Rs 5,000 segment. The Redmi Watch sports a 1.4-inch LCD display and a square dial. It offers 320 x 320-pixel resolution and 350 nits peak brightness. The device features auto-brightness and more than 200 watch faces. There is a physical button on the right side for navigation and functions. The smartwatch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM.
The Redmi Watch is equipped with a 24 x 7 heart rate monitor, sleep tracker and air pressure detection. The wearable device offers goal setting and guided breathing sessions. It comes with 11 sports modes including trail running, hiking, walking, indoor cycling, pool swimming, freestyle, cricket, open water swimming, treadmill, outdoor cycling, and outdoor running. The Redmi Watch features a built-in GPS with dual satellite positioning for tracking outdoor activities.
The Redmi Watch is claimed to offer 10 days of battery life on a single charge. It takes two hours to top up the device fully. The smartwatch comes with Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. It offers convenient features like notification display, weather updates, find my phone, alarms, and the ability to silence or reject calls.
