Reliance Jio Booster Pack Offers 1GB 4G LTE Data For Rs 51

Indian telecom operator Reliance Jio is offering free data and voice calling to all its users for quite some time already. The company initially came up with the Welcome offer which provides free 4GB high-speed data per day. Once users hit this FUP, the data speed is further cut down to 128kbps. The Reliance Jio welcome offer will end on December 31st.

Earlier this month, Reliance Jio extended its free data and voice calling services till March 31st next year. Under this Happy New Year offer, Jio will offer only 1GB high-speed data to its customers, as opposed to 4GB under the welcome offer. All Reliance Jio customers will automatically be migrated to the new offer once the welcome offer ends on December 31st.

Reliance Jio Launches Special Data Booster Pack

Reliance Jio, on its website, is now offering a special data booster pack which costs Rs 51. It offers 1GB LTE data and comes with a limited one-day validity. Hence, if users do not wish to compromise the high-speed experience after reaching the data limit, they can simply opt for this limited-period special booster pack. To get the recharge done, you can either update your MyJio app or go to official Jio website.

Last month, Reliance Jio started a free doorstep delivery of its SIM cards. Meaning, you no longer need to stand in queues to get your Jio SIM card. The program, however, is currently under testing and set to roll out to major Indian cities in phased manner.

Ever since Jio emerged with its disruptive welcome offer, especially to compete with the likes of already established players such as Airtel and Vodafone, its user base is picking up rapidly. Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio is currently serving over 52 million active subscribers. However, Jio is aiming to reach 100 million subscribers milestone by the end of this year.
