Samsung has released the Android 10 roadmap for its smartphones and tablets in Israel and China. Now the South Korean company has revealed the list of the smartphones that will be treated to the Android 10 update in India through the Samsung Members app. The list also the tentative time period for the arrival of the newest version of Android for those devices. The company will be rolling out the Android 10 update to as many as 40+ devices starting from the beginning of the coming year.
In January, the Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy M20, Galaxy M30, Galaxy A30, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ phones will be provided with Android 10 upgrade. Some of these devices may end up receiving the update in February. In March, the update will be coming to the Galaxy M40.
The Galaxy, Galaxy A6+, Galaxy A7 (2018), Galaxy A9 (2018), Galaxy A50, Galaxy A50s, Galaxy A70s, Galaxy A80, Galaxy Fold, Galaxy M30s and Galaxy Tab S6 tablet are all slated to get upgraded to Android 10 in April. The company will be releasing Android 10 to the Galaxy A8 Star, Galaxy A10, Galaxy A10s, Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A30s in May. June will see the arrival of Android 10 for the Galaxy On6, Galaxy J6 and Galaxy A20s.
In July, the South Korean firm will be rolling out Android 10 for the Galaxy J6+, Galaxy J7 Duo, Galaxy On8, Galaxy J8, Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Tab S5e. In August, the update will be released to the Galaxy Tab A 8. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (2018) and Galaxy Tab A 10.1 will be getting Android 10 upgrade in September.
The Android 10 update for the aforementioned devices will be skinned with One UI 2.0. Samsung has claimed that there can be a change in schedule depending on the development of software and test results.
